Install OS on the clients
Configure the server as the PDC
Configure the clients as part of the domain
Create domain administrators adn domain user accounts
Create folders for all of the user accounts and groups
Share folders, set permissions and security as needed
Map home folder and group folder through the user profile

Create mailboxes for all of the user accounts:
